Rollick operates as an entertainment shopping platform. Our service allows users to purchase curated product packs containing genuine, brand-name merchandise. Each pack purchase is a retail transaction for physical goods, not a wager or bet.

When you purchase a pack on Rollick, you are buying one item from a curated selection of products. The specific item you receive is determined by our provably fair selection system at the time of opening. Every pack guarantees you will receive a genuine product.

Rollick is not a gambling service. Pack purchases are entertainment shopping experiences where every transaction results in the delivery of a real, tangible product. The element of surprise in which specific item you receive is part of the entertainment value, similar to trading card packs, subscription boxes, or mystery merchandise.

Marketplace-First Platform: Rollick is primarily a peer-to-peer marketplace for brand-name merchandise. The entertainment shopping feature (pack openings) is a membership benefit available to active marketplace participants. Users must engage with the marketplace before accessing pack openings. To use Rollick, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where our services are restricted
• Provide accurate and truthful registration information
• Not have been previously suspended or removed from the platform

We reserve the right to verify your age and identity at any time. Failure to comply with verification requests may result in account suspension.

Restricted Jurisdictions: Rollick services are not available to residents of the following U.S. states: Washington, Utah, and Hawaii. Additional jurisdictions may be restricted based on local laws governing promotional contests, mystery merchandise, or randomized retail experiences. We maintain an up-to-date list of restricted regions at our compliance page. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of Rollick complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication when available
• Not share your account credentials with any third party
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

Each person may maintain only one account. Multiple accounts are prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, exhibit fraudulent behavior, or remain inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Pack opening on Rollick utilizes a provably fair algorithm that ensures transparent and verifiable outcomes. Key terms:

• Transparency: All possible items and their selection probabilities are displayed before purchase
• Finality: Once a pack is opened and an item is revealed, the result is final and cannot be reversed
• Verification: Every pack result can be independently verified using our provably fair system
• Guaranteed Value: Every pack opening results in the receipt of a genuine product

Rollick reserves the right to modify pack contents, pricing, and availability at any time. Changes do not affect previously completed transactions.

We implement responsible shopping features including optional spending limits, session time reminders, and cool-down periods. We encourage all users to shop responsibly within their means.

The Rollick Marketplace allows users to buy, sell, and trade items. By using the marketplace, you agree to:

• List only items that are in your Rollick inventory and in the condition described
• Set fair and reasonable prices for your listings
• Complete transactions in good faith once an offer is accepted
• Not engage in price manipulation, wash trading, or artificial inflation of item values
• Accept the marketplace fee of 5% on completed sales

Rollick acts as an intermediary and escrow service for marketplace transactions. We do not guarantee the completion of any transaction and reserve the right to cancel suspicious or fraudulent listings.

All prices on Rollick are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Payment processing is handled by secure, PCI-compliant third-party providers.

Refund Policy:

• Pack openings are non-refundable once the pack has been opened and the item revealed
• Unopened packs may be refunded within 24 hours of purchase
• Marketplace purchases may be disputed within 48 hours if the item does not match its description
• Wallet deposits are non-refundable but can be withdrawn at any time

Withdrawals: Users may withdraw their available balance at any time, subject to identity verification. Minimum withdrawal amount is $10. Processing times vary by payment method (1-5 business days).

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Rollick:

• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the system
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Money laundering, fraud, or any illegal financial activity
• Circumventing age verification or geographic restrictions
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or staff
• Manipulating marketplace prices or engaging in collusive behavior
• Using the platform for any purpose other than its intended entertainment shopping use
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code
• Reselling Rollick accounts or balances outside the platform

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination and legal action where appropriate. Upon termination for cause, any promotional credits or bonus balances will be forfeited. However, deposited funds and the verifiable fair-market value of unredeemed inventory items will be returned to the user within 30 business days, minus any amounts owed to Rollick, in compliance with applicable state consumer protection laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rollick and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to Rollick in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $500 USD.

Rollick provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation within 30 calendar days of written notice. If negotiation fails within that period, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with proceedings conducted in Wilmington, Delaware.

You agree to waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against Rollick. This arbitration agreement does not preclude either party from seeking injunctive relief in court for intellectual property matters.

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the Rollick platform are the property of Rollick Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

User Content: By posting content on Rollick (including marketplace listings, profile information, messages, and reviews), you grant Rollick a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the platform. You retain ownership of your original content.

You represent and warrant that any content you submit does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party. Rollick will respond to valid DMCA takedown notices sent to [email protected].

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes:

• We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice via email and/or a prominent notice on the platform before changes take effect
• The "Last Updated" and "Effective" dates at the top of this page will be revised
• For significant changes affecting your rights or obligations, we may require you to review and accept the updated terms before continuing to use the platform

If you do not agree with the revised terms, you may close your account and request withdrawal of your remaining balance before the effective date. Your continued use of Rollick after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
