We offer Silver ($15), Gold ($25), Platinum ($50), and Diamond ($100) tier packs. Higher tiers contain higher-value items with better odds for premium products. Each pack clearly shows the possible items and their probabilities before purchase.

When you open a pack, a provably fair algorithm selects an item from the pack's item pool. The odds for each item are displayed before purchase. Results are generated using a cryptographic seed that can be verified on our Provably Fair page.

Yes! Every pack shows the complete list of possible items along with their exact probabilities. We believe in full transparency. Click "View Items" on any pack to see everything you could receive.

Won items go directly to your inventory on your Profile page. From there, you can choose to have it shipped to you, list it on the marketplace for sale, or trade it with other users. Shipping is free for items over $50.

Go to your Profile, find the item in your inventory, and click "List for Sale." Set your price and the item will appear in the marketplace. When it sells, funds are added to your wallet balance minus a small platform fee.

Rollick charges a 5% marketplace fee on completed sales. There are no fees for buying items, opening packs, or receiving your winnings. Withdrawal fees depend on your chosen payment method.

You can make offers on any marketplace listing. The seller can accept, counter, or decline. You can also propose direct trades with other users through the messaging system. All trades are protected by our escrow service.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and select cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDC). All transactions are encrypted and PCI-compliant.

Go to your Wallet page and click "Withdraw." You can withdraw to your bank account (2-3 business days), PayPal (instant), or crypto wallet (within 1 hour). Minimum withdrawal is $10.

Pack openings are final and cannot be refunded as the item is instantly revealed and added to your inventory. Marketplace purchases can be returned within 48 hours if the item hasn't been shipped. Contact support for assistance.
