Rollick is a commerce platform built around a peer-to-peer marketplace for brand-name merchandise. The entertainment shopping feature (pack openings) is a membership benefit available to active marketplace participants.

This tiered access system ensures all users are genuine commerce participants and helps Rollick maintain compliance with applicable consumer protection and commerce regulations.

Membership is free — there is no fee to unlock any tier. Tier progression is based entirely on marketplace engagement and identity verification.

Tier 1 — Browser (Immediate upon registration)

• Browse all marketplace listings
• View pack contents and selection probabilities
• Create and customize your profile
• Access help center and support
• View leaderboards and community content

Tier 2 — Marketplace Member (Requires simple marketplace engagement)

• All Tier 1 features, plus:
• Buy items on the marketplace
• Sell items on the marketplace
• Send and receive messages
• Participate in community events

How to unlock Tier 2: Browse at least 3 marketplace items AND add 1 item to your wishlist or follow 1 seller AND agree to the Marketplace Membership Agreement (checkbox). Typical time to complete: under 2 minutes.

Tier 3 — Entertainment Shopping Member (Requires Tier 2 + KYC)

• All Tier 2 features, plus:
• Open packs (entertainment shopping)
• Access provably fair verification tools
• Participate in prize pools
• Access responsible shopping tools (spending limits, cool-downs)

How to unlock Tier 3: Complete Tier 2 requirements AND complete age verification (18+ or 21+ depending on jurisdiction) AND complete KYC Tier 1 verification (see AML Policy) AND agree to the Entertainment Shopping Membership Agreement (this page). Typical time to complete: under 5 minutes total from registration.

By accessing the entertainment shopping feature, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Rollick is a commerce platform; pack opening is an entertainment shopping feature within the marketplace ecosystem
• Each pack purchase is a retail transaction for genuine, physical merchandise
• You have voluntarily chosen to participate in entertainment shopping after engaging with the marketplace
• You understand and accept the selection probabilities displayed on each pack before purchase
• You will use the responsible shopping tools available to you (spending limits, session reminders, cool-downs) as needed
• You may revoke your entertainment shopping membership at any time by contacting support, which will disable pack opening while preserving your marketplace access
• This agreement is supplemental to the Terms of Service and all other platform policies

Rollick was designed as a marketplace for brand-name merchandise. The entertainment shopping feature is one of several ways to acquire items on the platform.

Users can also acquire items through:

• Direct marketplace purchases from other users
• Marketplace auctions
• Promotional events and giveaways
• Referral rewards

Rollick encourages users to explore the full marketplace experience, not just pack openings. This philosophy is reflected in our platform design, where the marketplace is the central hub and pack opening is one feature within it.

Rollick automatically tracks tier progression — no manual application is needed.

• Marketplace engagement is verified in real-time (browsing, wishlist, follows)
• KYC verification is processed within 24–48 hours for document review
• Age verification is instant via our multi-layered verification system (see gate.js)
• Users who fail age or KYC verification cannot access Tier 3

Rollick reserves the right to downgrade a user's tier for:

• KYC failures
• Age verification issues
• Terms of service violations
• Account security concerns
• Regulatory requirements

Entertainment shopping access may be revoked if:

• You activate a cool-down or self-exclusion period (see responsible-shopping.html)
• Your KYC status expires or is revoked
• You violate the Terms of Service
• Your jurisdiction changes to a restricted area
• Regulatory requirements change

Marketplace access (Tier 2) is retained even if Tier 3 is revoked, except in cases of full account termination.

You may voluntarily downgrade at any time by contacting support.

Rollick tracks marketplace browsing, wishlist additions, and follows to determine tier eligibility.

This data is processed under the "legitimate interest" legal basis (GDPR) and "service delivery" purpose as described in our Privacy Policy.

You may request deletion of this data, which would reset your tier to Tier 1.
