1Our Commitment

Rollick is committed to providing a safe, fun entertainment shopping experience. We want every user to enjoy our platform responsibly and within their means.

We recognize that for some users, the excitement of pack opening can become problematic. The thrill of discovering rare items is a core part of our experience, but it should never come at the cost of your financial wellbeing, relationships, or mental health.

We provide tools and resources to help users stay in control of their spending and time on the platform. These tools are always available, easy to use, and designed with your best interest in mind.

2Spending Limits

Take control of your spending by setting daily, weekly, and monthly limits. Once you reach a limit, pack purchases will be temporarily disabled until the period resets.

Cooling-off period: Once a spending limit is set, it cannot be increased for 24 hours. This cooling-off period helps prevent impulsive decisions. Limits can be decreased immediately at any time.

3Session Time Reminders

Enable session time reminders to receive periodic notifications about how long you have been active and how much you have spent during your current session.

Enable Session Reminders
Receive a notification at regular intervals reminding you of time and money spent.
Reminder Interval
How often you would like to be reminded.

When enabled, a notification will appear at your chosen interval showing the total time spent in the current session and the total amount spent. This helps you stay aware and make informed decisions about continuing your session.

4Cool-Down Periods

Need a break? Activate a voluntary cool-down period to temporarily disable pack purchases. During a cool-down, the marketplace and balance withdrawals remain fully available.

Choose a cool-down duration:

Once activated, the cool-down period cannot be shortened or cancelled early. Pack purchases will automatically re-enable once the period expires.

5Self-Exclusion

For users who need a longer break, self-exclusion provides a more comprehensive restriction. During a self-exclusion period, all platform features are disabled except balance withdrawal, ensuring you can always access your funds.

  • 6-Month Exclusion: All features locked for 6 months. Cannot be reversed early.
  • 1-Year Exclusion: All features locked for 12 months. Cannot be reversed early.

Self-exclusion cannot be reversed early. This is intentional — it provides a firm boundary to support your wellbeing during a difficult period.

To activate self-exclusion, please contact our responsible shopping team directly:

6Warning Signs

It can be difficult to recognize when entertainment shopping is becoming a problem. Here are some warning signs to watch for:

  • Spending more than you can afford — using money allocated for rent, bills, or essentials to buy packs
  • Chasing losses by buying more packs — feeling the need to "win back" what you have spent by opening more packs
  • Borrowing money to fund purchases — asking friends, family, or using credit to buy packs
  • Neglecting responsibilities — missing work, school, or social obligations because of time spent on the platform
  • Feeling anxious or irritable when not using the platform — experiencing restlessness or mood changes when you cannot open packs
  • Hiding your spending from others — feeling the need to conceal how much you spend or how often you use the platform

If you recognize any of these signs in yourself, we encourage you to use the tools on this page or reach out to the resources listed below. There is no shame in asking for help.
