Shipping & Returns Policy

1Shipping Overview

All items won through pack openings or purchased on the marketplace can be shipped to your registered address. Shipping is currently available within the United States only.

Users may also choose to keep items in their Rollick inventory for future marketplace trading instead of requesting shipment.

2Shipping Methods & Timelines

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days (free for items over $50 value)
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days ($9.99)
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days ($19.99)

All orders require 1–2 business days of processing time before shipment. A tracking number will be provided via email once your item has shipped.

3Shipping Costs
  • Standard shipping fee: $4.99 for items under $50 value
  • Free standard shipping for items valued at $50 or more
  • Expedited: $9.99
  • Express: $19.99

Multiple items can be combined into a single shipment to save on shipping costs.

4Item Condition & Packaging

All items shipped from Rollick are brand-new, unused, and in original manufacturer packaging. Every item is inspected for quality before shipment.

Packaging includes protective materials appropriate to the item type. High-value items ($200+) include signature confirmation and insurance.

5Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your item arrives damaged, please contact support within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will replace the item or issue a full credit to your Rollick balance.

Lost shipments will be investigated with the carrier. If unresolved within 14 business days, a replacement or credit will be issued.

Rollick is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery. Signature confirmation is recommended for high-value items.

6Returns
  • Marketplace purchases: Returns accepted within 48 hours if the item does not match its description, as stated in our Terms of Service
  • Pack opening items: Because pack results are determined by our provably fair system and all items are guaranteed genuine, pack opening results are non-returnable
  • Defective items: Manufacturer defects are covered regardless of source; contact support within 30 days of receipt
7Refunds

Approved returns are refunded to your Rollick wallet balance within 5 business days.

Original shipping costs are refunded only if the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Cash refunds to original payment method are available upon request but may take 5–10 business days to process.

8International Shipping

International shipping is not currently available. We are working to expand shipping to Canada, UK, and EU in the future.

Users outside the US may use the marketplace to sell items to US-based buyers.
