  • Pricing must be in USD

Prohibited Listings: The following items may not be listed on the marketplace:

  • Counterfeit goods

4Fee Structure

The following fees apply to marketplace sellers:

  • Marketplace transaction fee: 5% of sale price (deducted at completion)
  • Listing fees: None
  • Monthly seller fees: None
  • Featured listing placement: $2.99 per listing (optional)

The fee schedule may change with 30 days' notice. Updated fee schedules will be communicated via email and posted on this page before taking effect.

5Transaction Process

All marketplace transactions follow this process:

  • Purchase: Buyer purchases the item and funds are held in escrow by Rollick
  • Confirmation: Seller confirms the sale and the item is transferred to the buyer's inventory
  • Dispute window: Buyer has 48 hours to dispute if the item does not match the description
  • Payout: After 48 hours with no dispute, funds are released to the seller minus applicable fees

Rollick acts as an escrow agent and is not a party to the sale between buyer and seller.

6Seller Payouts

Seller earnings are handled as follows:

  • Earnings are credited to your Rollick wallet balance
  • Withdrawals are subject to standard withdrawal terms and KYC tier limits
  • Minimum payout: $10
  • Payout processing: 1-5 business days depending on method

Tax reporting: Rollick issues 1099-K forms for sellers exceeding $600/year in gross sales, in accordance with the IRS reporting threshold.

7Seller Obligations

As a Rollick marketplace seller, you agree to the following obligations:

  • Maintain accurate inventory at all times
  • Respond to buyer inquiries within 48 hours
  • Honor accepted offers and complete transactions in good faith
  • Not manipulate prices, engage in wash trading, or create artificial demand
  • Not use bots or automated tools for listing management
  • Report any bugs or vulnerabilities rather than exploiting them
8Intellectual Property

Sellers warrant that they have the right to sell all listed items. Rollick will remove listings upon receipt of a valid DMCA or intellectual property complaint (see our DMCA Policy for details).

Repeat offenders will lose selling privileges permanently.

9Disputes & Returns

The following dispute resolution process applies to marketplace transactions:

  • Buyer disputes filed within 48 hours are reviewed by Rollick support
  • Rollick's dispute resolution decision is final
  • Sellers may appeal within 7 days of resolution
  • Fraudulent dispute filings may result in account action against either party
10Suspension & Termination

Violations of this Seller Agreement are handled according to the following enforcement tiers:

  • Minor violations: Warning + 7-day selling restriction
  • Repeated violations: 30-day suspension
  • Serious violations (fraud, counterfeit, manipulation): Permanent ban + forfeiture of pending payouts

Sellers may voluntarily close their seller account at any time. However, all pending transactions must complete first before the account can be closed.

11Tax Responsibilities

Sellers are solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes on their marketplace income. Rollick provides 1099-K forms as required by law for sellers meeting IRS reporting thresholds.

Rollick does not provide tax advice. Sellers are encouraged to consult a qualified tax professional regarding their marketplace earnings.

12Limitation of Liability

Rollick is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items sold between users. Our role is limited to providing the marketplace platform and escrow services.

Buyers and sellers transact at their own risk. Rollick makes no warranties regarding items listed by sellers and shall not be held liable for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from marketplace transactions beyond our role as escrow agent.
