The Rollick entertainment shopping experience operates as an ongoing promotion. Each pack purchase constitutes a separate entry. The promotion may be modified or terminated at Rollick's discretion with notice to users.

Purchase Entry: Purchase any pack on the Rollick platform. Each pack purchase constitutes one entry. The item received is determined by Rollick's provably fair selection system.

Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without purchase, send a hand-written request including your full name, mailing address, email address, date of birth, and Rollick username to:

• Limit one free entry per person per calendar week
• Free entries will receive a random item from the platform's lowest-tier pack selection using the same provably fair algorithm
• Free entries must be postmarked and received during the promotion period

• Items are selected using Rollick's HMAC-SHA256 provably fair algorithm (see provably-fair.html)
• All possible items and their selection probabilities are displayed on each pack's page before purchase
• Odds vary by pack type and are clearly disclosed
• The selection process is cryptographically verifiable and cannot be manipulated by Rollick or the user
• Odds of receiving any specific item depend on the pack purchased and are displayed at time of purchase

• Each pack opening results in the receipt of one genuine, brand-name physical product
• Prize values range from approximately $1.00 to $25,000+ depending on pack type
• All prizes are genuine merchandise, not cash equivalents (unless the user elects to sell on the marketplace)
• Approximate retail values are displayed for all items
• No cash alternative is offered for items received, but items may be traded or sold on the Rollick marketplace

• Items are added to the winner's Rollick inventory immediately upon selection
• Physical delivery available upon request (see shipping-returns.html for shipping terms)
• Items may also be held in inventory for marketplace trading
• Rollick is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping (insurance provided for items over $200)

• Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on prizes received
• For prizes valued at $600 or more, Rollick will issue IRS Form 1099-MISC
• Rollick may withhold taxes as required by law
• Winners may be required to provide a valid W-9 before prize delivery for items valued at $600+
• Tax obligations are the sole responsibility of the winner

• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Rollick Inc.
• Rollick reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules
• Rollick reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other factors compromise its integrity

• Released parties are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or undeliverable entries
