1What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device (computer, tablet, or mobile phone) when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work more efficiently, remember your preferences, track usage patterns, and enable core functionality.

Rollick uses both first-party cookies (set directly by our platform) and third-party cookies (set by our trusted partners for analytics, security, and payment processing). Cookies may be session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent cookies (remain on your device for a set period or until you delete them).

2How We Use Cookies

Rollick uses cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:

  • Authenticate users and maintain secure sessions across the platform
  • Remember your preferences such as theme, language, and display settings
  • Analyze platform usage to understand how users interact with our features and identify areas for improvement

  • Prevent fraud and protect against unauthorized access and abuse
  • Improve performance by optimizing load times, caching, and content delivery

4Third-Party Cookies

The following third parties may set cookies on your device when you use Rollick:

  • Google (Analytics): We use Google Analytics to understand how users interact with our platform. Google may set cookies to collect information about your browsing activity. Google's Cookie Policy
  • Stripe (Payment Security): Our payment processor Stripe uses cookies to enable secure transactions and prevent fraud. Stripe's Cookie Policy
  • Cloudflare (Performance & Security): We use Cloudflare for content delivery, performance optimization, and DDoS protection. Cloudflare may set cookies for security and bot management purposes. Cloudflare's Cookie Policy

Each third party processes cookie data in accordance with their own privacy and cookie policies. We encourage you to review their policies for more information about how they use cookies.

5Managing Your Cookies

You have several options for managing cookies on the Rollick platform:

  • Cookie Preference Center: Use the cookie toggles on our Privacy Policy page or in Section 3 above to enable or disable non-essential cookie categories
  • Cookie Consent Banner: When you first visit Rollick, a consent banner will appear allowing you to accept or customize your cookie preferences
  • Browser Settings: You can manage cookies through your browser settings:
    • Chrome: Settings → Privacy and Security → Cookies and other site data
    • Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
    • Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
    • Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete cookies

Important: Blocking or deleting essential cookies will prevent the Rollick platform from functioning correctly. You may be unable to log in, complete transactions, or access core features if essential cookies are disabled.

6localStorage & Similar Technologies

In addition to cookies, Rollick uses browser localStorage to store certain data on your device. Unlike cookies, localStorage data is not automatically sent to our servers with each request. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to Rollick.

We use localStorage for:

  • Wallet balance caching: Locally cached balance for faster display
  • Pack inventory: Your current pack inventory for offline viewing
  • Selection history: Recent selections and browsing history within the platform
  • Theme preferences: Your chosen visual theme and display settings
  • Session timers: Responsible gaming session duration tracking

You can clear localStorage data at any time through your browser's developer tools or site settings. Clearing this data will not affect your account but may reset local preferences and cached display information.

7Do Not Track

Rollick respects the Do Not Track (DNT) browser signal. When your browser sends a DNT signal (DNT: 1), we will automatically:

  • Disable all analytics cookies, including Google Analytics and internal analytics tracking
  • Disable all marketing cookies, including advertising pixels and retargeting cookies
  • Only set essential cookies that are strictly necessary for the platform to function

You can enable Do Not Track in your browser settings. This setting works independently of the cookie preference toggles on our platform. If DNT is enabled, non-essential cookies will not be set regardless of your toggle preferences.

8Cookie Consent

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the ePrivacy Directive, we are required to obtain your informed consent before setting non-essential cookies on your device.

When you first visit Rollick, a cookie consent banner will appear asking you to accept or customize your cookie preferences. Only essential cookies will be active until you make a choice. Your consent preferences are stored in the rollick_cookie_consent cookie for up to one year.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by:

  • Updating your preferences using the cookie toggles on the Privacy Policy page or in Section 3 above
  • Clearing your browser cookies, which will reset the consent banner on your next visit
  • Contacting us at [email protected] to request that your cookie consent preferences be reset
9Changes to This Policy

We will update this Cookie Policy when our cookie usage changes, such as when we add new cookies, change their purposes, or begin working with new third-party services.

When material changes are made:

  • The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised
  • The cookie consent banner will reset, requiring you to review and re-consent to the updated cookie categories
  • We may notify you via email or a prominent notice on the platform

We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about how we use cookies.
