These terms govern participation in Rollick's referral and affiliate programs. By participating, you agree to these terms in addition to the general Terms of Service.

Referral Program (available to all users):

• Earn 10% of the referred user's first purchase as Rollick credit
• Referred user receives a $5 welcome bonus
• No limit on the number of referrals

Affiliate Program (application required):

• 5% commission on all referred user purchases for 12 months
• Monthly payouts
• Minimum payout threshold: $50

Partner Program (invitation only):

• 10% commission on all referred user purchases
• Custom landing pages
• Dedicated account manager
• Priority support
• Custom terms negotiated individually

Referral Program: Any Rollick user in good standing with a verified account.

Affiliate Program: Must apply and be approved. Requirements:

• Active social media presence or website with a relevant audience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must not be located in restricted jurisdictions

Partner Program: By invitation from the Rollick business development team only.

• Commissions are calculated on the net purchase amount (after discounts, before tax and shipping)
• Self-referrals are prohibited and will result in commission clawback
• Commissions from fraudulent, refunded, or charged-back transactions will be reversed
• Rollick reserves the right to adjust commission rates with 30 days' notice

• Referral credits: Instant, applied directly to your Rollick wallet
• Affiliate commissions: Paid monthly, 30 days after the end of the earning period (Net-30)
• Minimum payout threshold: $50 for affiliates
• Payment methods: Rollick wallet credit, PayPal, or bank transfer (bank transfer available for Partner tier only)
• Tax reporting: 1099-NEC issued for earnings exceeding $600/year

• Must clearly identify your relationship with Rollick (FTC disclosure required)
• Must include "#ad" or "Paid partnership" on social media promotions
• May not make false or misleading claims about Rollick products or odds
• May not use Rollick trademarks in domain names without written permission
• May not run paid ads on Rollick brand terms without approval
• Must comply with all applicable advertising laws and platform policies
• May not target minors in any promotional content

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Cookie stuffing, click fraud, or artificial traffic generation
• Incentivized clicks or signups (e.g., "click my link for free X")
• Spam (email, SMS, social media, or otherwise)
• Misleading redirects or cloaked links without disclosure
• Creating fake accounts or self-referrals
• Promoting Rollick in restricted jurisdictions (WA, UT, HI)
• Using Rollick content without attribution

• Affiliates may use approved Rollick logos and banners from the affiliate portal
• May not modify Rollick trademarks or create derivative logos
• May not imply Rollick endorsement of the affiliate's other products or services
• Written approval is required for any use beyond provided marketing materials

• Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice
• Rollick may terminate immediately for policy violations
• Earned, unpaid commissions will be paid out on termination (unless terminated for fraud)
• Affiliate links will be deactivated upon termination
• Non-compete: None
• Non-solicitation: 12 months for Partner tier contacts

Rollick's total liability to any affiliate shall not exceed the total commissions paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Rollick is not liable for lost commissions due to platform outages, changes in commission structure, or user behavior.

Rollick may modify these terms with 30 days' notice. Continued participation after modifications take effect constitutes acceptance.
